Transport Refrigeration Parts is a trading name of NRS Refrigeration Ltd. We are committed to fair and transparent trading in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Stock Clearance Sales

All items are sold as part of a stock clearance at cost price. Please choose carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on clearance stock.

Your Consumer Rights

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will assess the issue promptly and work with you to provide a fair resolution.

Parts Compatibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm part compatibility before purchasing. We provide product descriptions and part numbers to assist, but we recommend verifying fitment with your technician prior to ordering.
