Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be in original condition, unused, with original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at leannesmith@nrsrefrigeration.net.nz. A return shipping label will be included in your package at no cost to you.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 2% of the product price applies to all returns.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 days.

Exchanges We accept exchanges. Please contact us at leannesmith@nrsrefrigeration.net.nz to arrange an exchange.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
